Since its beginning in 1972, NORCLAIR has grown from a modest family business operating in an 800 sq. ft. space to one of the largest and best known manufacturer of fine woodwork in Canada.

Operating now in a modern plant of 100,000 sq. ft. equipped with state of the art machinery, a team of well trained and experienced craftsmen, passionate draftsmen and dedicated project managers, NORCLAIR can manage large orders and tight schedules without any compromise to quality or service. Our vision for the future is to become a well-know industry name, synonymous with excellence, quality and dependability in our services all over North America.

Organizational structure

We have worked arduously through the years to upgrade our processes and technological infrastructure. We use only the latest technology, both in our office and our plant. Employees are encouraged to upgrade skills regularly and are given the opportunity to do so. Employees are also encouraged to contribute to the overall development of the company by communicating their ideas and their insights.

Our extensive experience on large-scale projects has also given us the ability to adapt with ease to our client's organizational structure and changing needs. We have developed the flexibility to modify our operations to suit those of the designers and contractors.
