Earl Paddock Transportation Inc. is a privately held, family-owned business, started by Earl and Phyllis Paddock in 1957. In almost 50 years of business, the company has evolved from a one truck, one-trailer proprietorship to a fleet of almost 100 trucks and more than 200 trailers. The founders' five children have been involved in the business since childhood, and each has contributed to its growth and maturity. Today, two of Earl's sons, Scott and Mac Paddock, hold the positions of Co-Chief Executive Officers of the company.
