Each homeowner deals directly with the builder throughout all phases of construction. Large volumes are not as much of a concern to us, as is, quality workmanship, and procurement of long lasting relationships with our customers. Repeat customers, referrals by previous customers and general word of mouth advertising are what our company has based its success upon. Besides building individual family homes we have built as many as six homes for one customer over a twenty year period!
