Core Services E Construction Ltd. is proud to provide both public and private road and underground utilities construction services throughout the province of Alberta and the Northwest Territories.

E Construction Ltd.'s North Division is the largest of the five operational divisions and we have been providing construction and maintenance services to the Wood Buffalo Region since 1968. We have grown with the community of Fort McMurray by adding permanent facilities and expanding our services to meet the current construction market demands for the area. From asphalt maintenance, driveways and parking lots to subdivisions, highways and airports, we can offer a high level of skill and expertise in the areas of civil construction, engineering and project management.

Everall Construction was formed in 1954 by Ron Everall, with headquarters located in Edmonton, Alberta. Ron’s interest in the paving business started in 1951 when he accepted a position as Town Engineer in Flin Flon, Manitoba. He left Manitoba in early 1954 to set up a paving operation in Edmonton, aiming principally for the municipal market throughout Alberta, plus a permanent commercial paving presence in Edmonton. During the late 50’s through the 60’s the company carried out street contracts in several Saskatchewan centers.

Working with Sub-Contractors E Construction Ltd. works alongside a number of sub-contractors to complete many of our contract obligations. Some examples of work that we would sub-contract are: underground utility installation, civil concrete installation, gravel supply, landscaping, painting, electrical work and dirt moving.
