Polycore foundations continue to be the most significant component in our product line, accounting for half of all projects produced in our Edmonton facility. The scope of foundation projects includes major builders, modular home manufacturers, and a great number of private and small builder projects across western Canada including a local heritage house restoration.

The Polycore Building Systems offer a wide range of environmental advantages from production of products to long lasting energy savings. All Polycore products are produced locally in Edmonton, Alberta. Polycore Canada has the only EPS recycling system in Western Canada allowing us to manufacture with no waste ending up in the landfill. Each Polycore product is custom cut and designed to ensure that when the product is delivered to your construction site there is virtually no waste, you are only given the exact amount of product needed for your project.

The Manufacturing Facility and Head Office of the Polycore Canada Operation is located in the city of Edmonton, Alberta. While our production facility is not open to the public due to proprietary equipment and safety concerns associated with any manufacturing plant, we do welcome customers to our offices at the same location with prior contact and notice before dropping by.

Polycore building systems are a high quality product produced on proprietary state of the art equipment. Our production schedule is only dependent on factory load. As the entire production process is handled at our factory with no sub-contractors, we're able to provided firm and reliable delivery schedules.
