Mike has 19 years of experience in wireless communications with background in executive sales management and business development. His focus has been on innovative wireless products and wireless infrastructure. Previous roles include Executive Director of Business Development at ExteNet Systems, Vice President of Business Development at Public Wireless and Director of Building Solutions at SpectraSite Communications Inc. Mike has extensive experience working with both wireless operators and property owners to secure strategic real estate for deployment of wireless communications sites.
MSouth is a private equity investment firm that provides equity capital and expertise to support management teams in acquisitions and recapitalizations of lower middle market companies typically valued $25-$125 million. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, MSouth invests primarily in the South with a consistent focus on management buyouts of business services, distribution and specialty manufacturing companies. Abby has 27 years of experience in wireless infrastructure development and operations. Her most recent roles include National Development Director for T-Mobile and Tower Development and Operations Director for Lightower (previously National Grid Wireless) where she was responsible for national agreement negotiations, site build strategy and development, asset management and mergers and acquisitions. Her diverse experience includes assisting Nextel, Verizon and Sprint in launching their networks as well as various executive management positions within engineering and tower companies.
