In 1962 Hermano Pereira immigrated from his native Portugal and found a job in a local wood window manufacturing plant. His passion for the window and door industry was born. After a long successful carrer with one of Canada's leading window manufacturers Hermano opened Dundas Woodwindows in 1985. Since that time our family business has been proudly serving the GTA with a blend of knowledge, expertise and industry leading products.

Dundas manufactures lift and slide units in solid wood available in a number of wood species. Aluminum clad exteriors/wood interiors are available in 61 exterior colours and 9 interior wood species.

Dundas manufactures to specification utilizing only premium lumber and materials. Our Modern Entry units are customized to suit individual needs and tastes. Custom sized rails and stiles, sandblasted glass and multipoint locking systems are only some of the many available options for our contemporary entry systems.

Dundas Architectural Custom Classic Doors Dundas manufactures to specification utilizing only premium lumber and materials. Our classic Entry units are customized to suit individual needs and tastes. Raised moulding, raised panels and custom stained glass are only some of the many available options for our classic entry systems.

Dundas manufactures solid wood casement and single hung windows to order. Casements are available in two different profiles and a number of wood species. Custom arches and divided lite patterns to match existing windows are a house specialty.
