Dubois Agrinovation is the outcome of an acquisition and restructuring. Indeed, in 2004, we acquired Dubois & Sons Limited, a well established and known company, specialized for over 70 years in irrigation products. This purchase was the first step toward the creation of an independent entity that would offer a larger range of irrigation products, plasticulture, and machinery. On June 30th 2005, following the reorganization, Dubois Agrinovation was born to create a new era in agriculture.
