Deputy Chief James Besley has over 25 years of experience in EMS and joins the EMS Management Team from Simcoe County Paramedic Services. James has a broad range of experience related to the direct supervision of Paramedics as well as special projects and training, He is an Ontario Safety League Certified Vehicle Accident Investigator, and holds a Certificate as an Investigator/Inspector from the Ontario Council on Licensure, Enforcement and Regulation. Deputy Chief Besley is an IV certified Primary Care Paramedic, responsible for north field operations and training.
Chief Trodd has over 39 years of experience in EMS with a Bachelors degree in Applied Business Emergency Services, certified as a Municipal Manager level III EMS Executive, and a certified Emergency Management Professional.
Deputy Chief McCarthy has over 20 years of experience in EMS, is certified as a Primary Care Paramedic, responsible for procurement and logistics.
