Today, Drake Meats is a provincially inspected plant and operates as an integrated slaughter and processing facility. We custom slaughter and market fresh and frozen beef, pork and bison and our processed product line has been expanded to where we now manufacture a large selection of fresh and processed sausages, bacon, hams and jerky as well as variety of beef, pork and bison burgers. Over the years, our company has received a number of awards for the products we produce.
