We will handle all components of your project from aligning all city requirements to obtain permits for your project (including conservation issues if needed). We have a full complement of innovative solutions for any and all projects from structural issues and replicating existing details in heritage properties to brick matching and tie in to new and old and hard to match veneers. Consulting engineers, professional trades and in house and fully qualified design consultation allows us to undertake any and all projects, safely, properly and without incident as we are fully capable of handling unforeseen issues quickly and efficiently to maintain schedule. Our business is built on satisfied clients as we rely fully on word of mouth advertising to sustain our present and future workload. We are very careful to make sure that our clients are aware of all aspects of the project that need attention, decisions or just notification. We provide a monthly statement of account to include any and all additional scope of work and costing. All changes to the original contract are quoted and approved before proceeding so you, the customer, have total control and are fully aware of any price increases that are incurred during the project.
