Description
The DMFHT is a new and growing team of health professionals currently comprised of family doctors along with nurses, dietician, social worker and mental health worker who work together to provide health care for the community. We provide a wide range of health options, especially for people who don’t have a doctor. Joining the team at various times during the week are four specialist health professionals who offer psychiatric, geriatric and pediatric care services on a sessional basis.
