Description
Dominion Herbal College, a Registered Post-Secondary School in the Province of British Columbia, Canada, was founded by Dr. Herbert Nowell, a Naturopathic Physician in Vancouver, B.C. in 1926. Dr. Nowell spent many hours researching and compiling the material recorded in Books One and Two of the College's Chartered Herbalist Course. Prior to 1918, he taught botanical medicine to medical doctors, when such medicine was accepted and practised by many in the profession. Dr. Nowell's knowledge in Herbal Medicine was admired and appreciated by doctors in England, Canada and the United States.
