Do I need to make a reservation for overnight boarding? Yes. For overnight boarding a reservation is required. Depending on the time of year, we can often accommodate short notice or same day notice. Please be aware that holidays such as Easter and Christmas book several months in advance and other holidays and long weekends several weeks in advance. During the summer months we fill up early for weekends. Reservations are NOT required for daycare; you may drop your dog in anytime. Do you offer any discounts? We offer prepaid packages (please see our rates page). Discounts are offered on multi family pets. We also offer a “spa day”, which consists of a fun filled half day of play and full groom in the afternoon. The cost is just $16 for daycare plus the cost of a full groom. You pup is sure to be tired and looking great when you pick him/her up! Do you offer your services to older pets? Yes! All ages are welcome. Older pets will be placed in appropriate playgroups or if they like to relax alone, they can enjoy a rest in the sunshine or in a shaded cooler area inside on a bed/blanket.

Going away on vacation? Send your pooch on a holiday with us! All boarding dogs participate in our daycare at no extra cost! We keep all boarding dogs on their own diet; as such we ask that you bring your dogs food as well as any treats you would like us to give them. We provide comfortable beds and bedding should you forget or choose not to bring your dogs own bed. We kennel for a portion of the night so that your pooch has down time from an exhausting day of play; this will give your dog an opportunity to relax in their own private den and to enjoy a chew toy or treat brought from home. We are located just off of Deerfoot Trail on 32nd Ave N.E. and minutes away from the Calgary Airport. Drop off times are regular business hours. Day rate applies no matter what time your drop your pet off. We recommend bringing you dog as early as possible so that he/she has a chance to meet some friends and have a good play before bedtime. Boarding fills up quickly, and there are times when we have waiting lists, therefore we require 48 hours notice to cancel your dogs vacation. In some instances i.e. Christmas we may require a nonrefundable deposit to hold your dogs reservation.

YES. We provide 24 hour care 7 days a week 365 days a year your dog is never left alone. What is dog daycare? At Dogaholics our dog daycare is an enviroment where your dog is dropped off for the day to play and socialize with other dogs in a fun, well stimulating, and safe enviroment. What will my dog do all day? Your dog will be engaged in many activities throughout the day. Run! Play! Socialize with playmates, lounge around and talk the latest gossip with new friends! Enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. Run through tunnels, jump through hoola hoops and even splash around in the outdoor pool! Whatever your dogs personality there is a place for them at Dogaholics! Do you walk the dogs? No. Because the dogs are playing all day inside our 6500sq foot building or outside in our outdoor playpen, there is no need for our staff to walk your dog for exercise. Your dog is able to run free and partake in our indoor and outdoor daycare activities.
