We recently founded Doane Phillips Young LLP to provide high quality, practical legal litigation services. We are based in Toronto, but have relationships with firms across the country. We focus on disputes involving class proceedings, corporate and securities issues, investment dealers and brokers, oppression, professional liability and discipline, employment and labour law, product liability, insolvency, constitutional, administrative and human rights law, police governance and appellate advocacy, as well as coordinating cross border litigation and enforcement of foreign judgments.
