14 years of experience comes from Chef Mark Ingram. Growing up in Airdrie and Calgary, Mark worked in many restaurants throughout both cities. Getting his formal training through SAIT while working with the Toad N’Turtle Pubhouse group, Mark’s love for fresh and fun food took off. After finishing his apprenticeship, Mark continued his learning for food with opening several restaurants with the Toad N’Turtle group, and also working with the Cactus Club Company.
