Description
Our manufacturers have been busy this month and have released a number of novel instruments or innovations to existing products. These include a new five station pipettor and a range of liquid handling systems enclosed within a Bigneat HEPA-filtered cabinet from Apricot Designs. These cabinets provide excellent sample protection without the need for expensive fume hoods or robotic enclosures. Also new this month is the Proficlave PC 10 media preparation system from Biotool Swiss. This multipurpose instrument can be used a media sterilizer, a benchtop autoclave and a stable water bath.
