At this point you will be contacted either by phone and or email to schedule a convenient date and time for your delivery / installation. We make things easy by setting up a 4 hour delivery time window (morning or afternoon) that is convenient for you. On the day of your delivery call, please ensure that there is a clear path for delivery (free of ice, snow, toys, debris, other trades or obstacles, etc.). Also ensure that an adult, 18 years of age or older, is present during delivery / installation, as they will be asked to sign off on the delivered / installed product acceptance. Your project will typically take two weeks start to finish, depending on size and complexity. Our shipping and delivery / installation options are designed with the customer in mind. We deliver and ship all of our products using the most secure and reliable means available. Our installation team will do everything they can to insure a pleasant experience for you while they are onsite; they use all the most innovative technologies to assure the highest quality of installation.
