Dave has considerable experience in risk mitigation and event planning and has worked with various levels of city government in the planning of many civic events. He oversaw the review of the Vancouver Police Department's risk assessment as it related to earthquake planning and response. Dave also has received training in VIP planning and protection.

Ron has over 40 years of experience in the Police, Investigations and Security Industry. Ron has just recently retired from his position as Head of Security for the Workers' Compensation Board, for which he prepared and administered a 1.4 million dollar budget.
