Description

The "Denver Subs Canada Franchisee Association" (the "Association"). The Association is a not for profit corporation recently formed because of our concern for franchisee owners of Quizno's Subs. We believe that it is necessary to articulate and effectively communicate with our franchisor on a unified, rather than individual basis, issues that are of a general concern to each and every Quizno's franchisee, particularly the need for fair and competitive food costs. Through the collective voice of the Association, we anticipate being able to protect and promote the interests and to advance the business goals of all our members. We took the initiative to form the Association largely because of the following issues and concerns identified by many individual Quizno's franchisees:
