Demeter Agro is a mustard seed dealer and processor acquired in 1993. Demeter Agro is the brand name of the mustard portion of Agricore United's Bean and Special Crops division. In addition to mustard, the division processes and markets dry beans, chick peas, field peas, lentils, buckwheat and other special crops.
