I want to take a moment and thank you so very much for the outstanding work performance of the young men you sent to install the Generac system at my home. The professional and courteous attitude with attention to detail and careful installation performed by Nick Opper and the other men in his team is exemplary. Each of the men has worked diligently but more important in a very demanding way to provide complete attention to every aspect of the installation. Nick has paid careful attention to every detail of safe and professional application of his skills. Today the physical work was demanding and each person worked in the team to perform a difficult task. The Propane tank installation was in a difficult location and would not have been possible if not for their hard and persistent labour. I and pleased to thank each one for their patience and perseverance in getting the work done. The staff in your office are the most pleasant that I have had the pleasure to talk with, and the organization of the schedules was thorough and to the task.

I'm not normally one to provide feedback (positive or negative) for any service, however, I think it's need for Deker. I recently had a quote from Deker Electric regarding the electrical portion for my basement. Derek stopped by and gave me a quote and walked throug everything providing me with recommendations and listening to our families needs. After having several quotes, I decided to go with Deker as I had used Deker in the past for smaller projects and never had any issues. The last two days Deker attended and installed all the wiring. David was one of the installers and was a very nice guy that provided excellent customer service. David walked us through the job and would often ask to ensure it was what we wanted as a customer. David and his colleagues were very professional, knowledgeable and punctual and would go above and beyond to ensure the job was completed and exceeded our expectations. Throughout the entire process my wife and I have been very pleased with everything Deker did for us. The customern service provided from the receptionists when I first called to arrange a quote, to the employees who completed the project has been amazing.
