A. The plan has no jurisdiction within municipal boundaries so we have no direct effect on these communities. However, they are still within the Dehcho and are affected (especially economically) by land use decisions made outside their community boundaries. They are included in all our communications and research (especially the socio-demographic forecast and economic modelling) and we provide the same opportunities for participation to them as to everyone else. The same goes for other communities with hamlet, village or other community governments.
