Deep Discoveries, Dive and Adventure Travel Specialists, was founded in 1993 by Kate Ehrlich and Merv Fipke. There was a need for a Dive Travel Agency that offered packages to Unique and Exotic Destinations. Deep Discoveries became one of the first Dive Travel Agencies to offer clients Custom Designed itineraries. The philosophy was "This is your vacation and you should be able to choose what you want to do."
