Kimberly joined the team in 2006 and brought with her a solid background as an Event Producer, Destination Manager, Caterer, Marketer and hotel Director of Sales providing a well rounded knowledge of all aspects of the industry. In fact, prior to joining the team Kimberly was actually a D&M client! As our Director of Sales, Kimberly manages a select portfolio of key accounts and is actively involved in shaping the future of the company as we continue to grow. Outside D&M, Kimberly has a passion for the arts.

Courtney originally joined the D&M team in 2001 and, after a brief leave, recently found her way back home to a new position as Senior Sales Executive. With over ten years of experience in design, event coordination and operations management, Courtney has developed a well rounded understanding of the ins and outs of Decor and More and is able to use that knowledge to design excellent events. In addition to her professional experience, Courtney gained valuable theoretical knowledge as a graduate of the Visual Merchandising Arts program at Sheridan College.

Experience: We whipped out our calculators and did some math; our current D&M staff has more than 250 years of combined experience working at Decor & More alone! That doesn’t even take into account that many of our staff came to us with years of industry experience under their belts. Suffice to say, whatever it is, we’ve seen it all and are ready to handle anything.

Kim has been an integral part of the D&M team for over 8 years in the multi faceted role of Administration, Human Resources & Office Manager. Prior to her work at D&M Kim held a few interesting jobs with the Ministry of the Attorney General-Criminal Division and the Office of the Premier of Ontario. Kim then went on to work with Lewiscraft Corp. where she moved from store management, to district management and finally, to Director of Operations of over 90 locations from coast to coast. Kim holds a B.A in Fine Arts and English from the University of Western Ontario.

For over 20 years the D&M team has been designing and executing spectacular Corporate Events, Fundraisers, Galas, Product Launches, Trade Shows, Weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, and much, much more. What makes us unique in the industry is the breadth of our team and in-house resources. In addition to housing a large inventory of distinctive lounge furnishings, linens, event decor and props; we also house a floral design studio, carpentry and scenic painting shop, signage and graphics department, and a custom sewing studio.
