David Liang Professional Corporation was originally established as David S.C. Liang, Barrister and Solicitor, in 1998. Since its inception, it has served primarily the Mandarin and Taiwanese speaking community in the Greater Toronto Area. All of our staff are multi-lingual and speak fluent Eglish and Mandarin. Many speak other Chinese dialects such as Taiwanese and Shanghainese. The firm has built a reputation among the Chinese community in the Greater Toronto Area as being a Mandarin-speaking law firm that provides reliable and quality legal services. While we are a general practice law firm, the focus of our practice is real estate and business conveyancing, corporate/commercial, wills and estates. Our clients are individuals, small- and medium-sized businesses and non-profit organizations. Our philosophy is to practice law with passion.
