Our survey system makes any assessment more thorough and fact-based by providing additional information about employees perceptions and observations. It also helps the process by: - raising awareness of the assessment, and asking people relevant, thought-provoking questions - giving everyone the opportunity to participate, which is usually not possible (or cost-effective) with interviews alone - obtaining input from employees who are scattered geographically, without incurring travel time and costs - revealing at the outset what are the most important issues to investigate further during the assessment. This saves time and provides a sharper focus for subsequent interviews and workshop discussions. All of this is achieved with a very modest investment of time and resources.
