Description

David has been self-employed for over 30 years and during this period has worked with as many as 50 employees. He believes his experience in the service business enables him to bring a wealth of business and service knowledge to the Real Estate workplace. His belief, in business as well as in life, is that we must be constantly evolving and learning with the objective of working smarter, not harder, and more efficiently. David is ably assisted by Sharon in achieving this objective and by the other members of the Victoria Home Team. The combined wealth of experience in the Team guarantees top quality client service. David has chaired many professional groups and is a past President and Deputy Governor of the Kinsmen Club of Canada. He is one of the founding members and a driving force behind the local Business Network International (BNI) organization. Always interested in furthering his education and broadening his horizons, he has completed many special Real Estate courses such as Howard Brintons Star Power Seminars and his University courses include Property Management, Economics, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Investments, Taxation, Exchanges, Business Planning and Creative Financing. David has also completed the PSI Seminars Life Success training programs including the Basic, PSI-7 and Men
