Shelley & I would like to thank your group for the recent renovation of our home on Bell McKinnon Road. We researched your company prior to making a decision as to who was best qualified for the design, execute the plan & stay within the allocated budget. We had previous experience with renovations & realize doing a project of this magnitude to expect the unexpected that would add cost. We were lucky on this reno, other than a few minor structural changes to the existing building there was nothing major that added significant cost. Your company reversed the normal approach to building. First we had a meeting and your group learned of our lifestyle. That meeting led to a visit to our home for your design team to view the existing layout of the house. The next step was to draft a plan that included photographs of the existing layout with digital images of the new layout. This was a great feature as I have difficulty with blue-prints. The photo concept was ideal for Shelley & myself as it gave us the opportunity to study the new layout and make any changes in case needed. Work commenced in February 2010 and we moved in May 24th.

And, finally, we have a firm commitment to eco-construction, using recycled and low-impact materials whenever possible. We have experience working with zero VOC paints and finishes, installing radiant and solar heating systems, setting up heat recovery ventilators, thermo proofing, sourcing the most high-performance insulation materials, and advising our clients on how to make their homes even more energy efficient through the strategic placement of window coverings and green screens. The choice of how 'eco' to go with your home is entirely up to you.
