Description

The Dave Smith Youth Treatment Centre came into being, thanks to a group of dedicated parents and community leaders spearheaded by Dave Smith. This group lobbied to secure base operational funding support from the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care and also raised funds from the community to purchase a building.
