Dave Hildebrand is the Information & Communications Technology (ICT) Coordinator for the Garden Valley School Divison in Winkler, Manitoba Canada. Dave taught business and computer courses at Garden Valley Collegiate for 17 years. He was also involved in developing new and innovative technical vocational programs at the Garden Valley Collegiate Technical Education Campus (GVCTEC). His teaching philosophy has always emphasized a strong school-to-work transition focus, and supports the value of finding opportunities for student success beyond the classroom.
