An honors graduate of The Western College of Auctioneering in Billings, MT, Danny Hooper is a professional Fundraising Auctioneer, Master of Ceremonies, Entertainer, and Comedian with over 30 years experience. Noted for starting each auction event with a standup comedy routine, his rapid-fire one-liners, uncanny wit, and comedic timing quickly capture and hold an audience's attention. Through his many gifts and talents, Danny has been recognized as "Canada's Favorite Fundraising Auctioneer" (J.R. Shaw - Shaw Communication) and "The Wayne Gretzky of Charity Auctioneers" (Bill Comrie - 2005 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year) as he helps to raise millions of dollars each year for charities including Ronald McDonald House, The Canadian Cancer Society, and The BC Children's Hospital. Danny is also a licensed pilot and Harley Davidson owner who enjoys cooking, travel, and spending time with his two teenagers.
