Danlac provides cheesemaking supplies, cheesemaking equipment, yoghurt making supplies and meat and dairy bacteria cultures to the food processing industry. We are a distributor of the Danisco Cultor line of starter meat and dairy cultures and media to the food processing industry in general with emphasis on the dairy food processing industry. We also supply rennet, lipase and other enzymes for cheese producers. Our clients are involved in dairy food processing for both commercial and private customers. Our customers make products such as cheese, yoghurt, sour cream, cream cheese, cottage cheese, quark, kefir, soya products and meats for sale to retail outlets and to private customers directly. Danlac also supplies cheesemaking equipment for dairy processors. We help manufacturers to acquire appropriate cheesemaking equipment and can also become involved in an advisory capacity while consulting on the manufacturing of cheese and other dairy products. We specialise in HTST (plate pasteurise), cheese vats and tools for making cheese. Among the products we sell are thermometers, batch pasteurises, cheese cutters, curd knives, leak detector outlet valves, prepressing vats, scoops, shovels, steam heated cheese vats, hot water cheese vats, and trolley tables.
