Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Geography from the University of British Columbia and a Diploma of Building Engineering Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Michael has been working as a Project Consultant at our company from its inception. Since 1998, Michael has been consulting in the building envelope field for Dubas Engineering Inc. providing a wide range of services ranging from building science, building envelope design and consultation, leak investigation to project management.

As Construction Managers, DMC Dubas Management & Construction Inc. (DMC) , specializes in planning and coordinating the entire construction process – from design development to project close-out. We involve ourselves in projects at an early stage, assisting and providing guidance to our clients in establishing a realistic project budget and schedule. While delivering a project, we provide expertise in the areas of cost estimating, scheduling, value engineering, procurement, construction coordination and supervision, cost and quality control.

DMC works closely with the design team to control construction costs in the design phase.
