Description

Named after Senator William E. Sanford, Sanford Battery has beensupplying batteries to the Greater Hamilton Area for over 62 years.

During the great depression people rebuilt automotive batteries.
It was then, in 1935, when Sanford Battery Manufacturing got started.

The popularity of rebuilding batteries increased during WWII, due to shortages. It was not until the mid 50`s when purchasing newbatteries became common. Mass production resulted in lower prices for consumers.

Sanford Battery started manufacturing industrial batteries in
1960, under the product name of ElectraGlide.

Sanford Battery has developed a reputation for producing highquality products, unmatched customer service and rapid delivery.
Sanford Battery constantly shops the world for improved designsand products.
