That evening while I was at home probably crying, because that is all I ever did, my husband was at my parents home watching a TV program called 100 Huntley Street. He saw a doctor that was talking about how foods we eat affect our health and that we could recover from illness if we fed our body food that was nourishing. If we ate according to the way the Bible instructs us to we would all be healthier. Within our bodies is the ability to heal itself. My husband must have been impressed because he came home and told me about the show and suggested I make an appointment to see this doctor. The last thing I wanted to do was see another doctor. He insisted. The next day I phoned around to find who this doctor was. Unfortunately he was located in California. My husband was prepared to fly out there. However, we were referred to a colleague of his that was closer by and I went to see him instead.
