The company, D&V Electronics Limited was founded and incorporated on April 30, 1997. Mr. Voiko Loukanov is the President and CEO of the corporation. D&V Electronics Limited is an Original Equipment Manufacturer and distributor of quality computerized testing equipment used in testing automotive electrical and electronic components. Throughout the last four years, we have researched, developed, tested, manufactured, and marketed more than 50 different types of test equipment. Our commitment to quality and customer service has made us a world class player in the auto industry with sales to 50 countries including USA, Japan, Germany, United Kingdom, Belgium, Denmark, Australia, Taiwan, and Israel. Our continued commitment to quality products and services have enabled us to make significant strides in repeat customer sales and continued aggressive growth in new research and development areas. Export sales now make up 90% of our annual revenues. Our continued sales growth has been attributed to many venues; our team of commissioned sales agents, our customers obtained through our exposure during the trade shows in Europe and the USA, our internet website, and our quality products and services. We at D&V Electronics Limited have begun to break new ground within the Original Equipment Manufacturers of the auto industries. Our growing list of serviced customers now includes world-renowned Visteon Ford - Ford Motor Company (Michigan USA), Delco Remy (Anderson USA), Magneti Marelli in Italy, and Hitachi Automotive (USA) to name of few. With our team of highly qualified professionals, electrical and mechanical engineering and our dedicated staff we continue to develop new prototypes through research and development in 2001.
