D&T Developments has worked with us for the past 26 years building 97 affordable housing units in Kamloops for urban First Nations people. In the beginning, it was quite overwhelming for us to be first time property owners/managers as well as overseeing the development of the project. D&T Developments explained each step of the construction process to us, and also worked with the Federal and Provincial Governments to assist us in successfully completing the project. D&T Developments has always completed their work on time and within our budget.
