Cyclone Mfg. Inc. is one of the leading manufacturers of aircraft parts and components. Cyclone is a stable and continuously growing Company operating since 1964. Our performance and success has enabled us to open a new facility in 2012 and expand our business significantly.

From the 1990s onwards, the company has continued to expand. First from a 24,000 sq ft facility to a 60,000 sq ft one. After acquiring a $3.6 million contract in 2003 with the Aerospace Industrial Development Corporation (AIDC), Taiwan's premier military and commercial aircraft and parts manufacturer, Cyclone moved into its current state-of-the-art 80,000 sq ft plant. In 2007, following another contract signing with Lockheed Martin, the company expanded again by opening a 40,000 sq ft operation in Milton, about 40 km west of Toronto.

Founded in 1964, Ted Kosiorek started his own shop renting space in west-end Toronto. Within five years the new company, Cyclone, began production of aircraft parts, now Cyclone's mainstay operation. In co-operation with a Detroit-based company, Cyclone was the first to manufacture indexable cutters, which are now used throughout the industry. Then, in 1985, the company opened its Mississauga operations and refocused on what it has always done best: the production of aircraft components. The company purchased its first CNC machine in the 1980s.

Cyclone's AS9100C certified quality system is utilized to ensure customer requirements are monitored and satisfied on a continual basis. This is achieved through communication with the quality management team as well as support from a highly experienced inspection department. A wide array of inspection equipment is available to monitor and verify the numerous processes taking place throughout Cyclone's various facilities.
