Cam Taylor is a senior appraiser and consultant specializing in a wide variety of commercial, industrial, multi-family, recreational and specialized revenue properties throughout southwest British Columbia. He is a member in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada holding the professional designation of AACI (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute). Cam has completed appraisals for all major chartered banks, all three levels of government (federal, provincial and municipal), expropriating authorities, conservancy groups, developers, and major law and accounting firms.

Luke Venhuizen is a professional appraiser, accredited by the Appraisal Institute of Canada. He has completed UBC’s Diploma in Urban Land Economics, specializing in Assessment, and is currently completing a second specialization in Development. He has built his reputation on working with one of the oldest and most trusted firms in the city, Cunningham & Rivard Appraisals (Vancouver) Ltd. Over the past eight years he has appraised over 4,000 properties with aggregate values totalling more than three billion dollars.
