Cuisines Equinoxe was created in March 1991 by Mr. Gaston Tousignant and Yvon Larochelle. These two individuals are still much involved with the business. Mr. Tousignant as President and Mr. Larochelle as Manager Estimates and Purchasing. Cuisines Equinoxe,was first set up in Ville St-Laurent, where it started it's operation as an equipment distributor and which was at the time giving its manufacturing production to sub-contractors. After a few months operation, the owners decided to move the company to Laval where larger premises would permit the acquisition of additional machinery and thus improve their customer services.
