Cuisine Gourmet is the brainchild of native Montrealer, Caroline Perras. A culinary treasure house stocked with the hottest name brands, she & company have aligned themselves with the top-tier of 'culinary society' and translated their vision into the opening of these impressive retail stores unique to Montreal. Caroline's foray into retailing began in 1998 with the opening of the first store, Les Concepts de ma Cuisine on Monkland Avenue. The biggest of four projects to date, the Drummond at De Maisonneuve corner location, opened its doors in early December 2005.
