We are Crown Automated Feeders Inc., Canada's largest designer and manufacturer of vibratory feeder bowls and related components. Founded in 1996, we have grown to a 10,000 sq.ft, 16 person Company. Vibratory feeder bowls are perhaps the most versatile cost effective orienting devices on the market due to their efficiency, reliability and durability. Our feeder bowls are available in 4" to a 36" diameter. The feeder bowl does the actual orienting and feeding. It is the heart of the system. The feeder bowl is custom tooled to a specific part with a designated feed rate and a particular orientation. Feeder bowls are almost always round and constructed of 11 gauge stainless steel - type 304 (316 for FDA applications). Balancing of feeder bowls is standard to prevent dead spots in tooling.

We at Crown stand behind our equipment 100% and in that regard, are always available to provide you with any service requirements on equipment you have purchased from us or another manufacturer. We have performed service at numerous companies on an hourly basis and this has worked out well for the customers. We simply work our way along the line checking everything with regards to bowls, hoppers and in-line feeders. We check for worn areas and problems with the drives, improving production and reducing down time. Service calls can be scheduled after receipt of Purchase Order or Visa number.
