Applications will be accepted after this deadline based on space availability. All applications will be reviewed by the committee to ensure they meet the show criteria. Show Layout Halls "A" & "C" Hall "D" & "E" Highspeed Internet Connections High Speed Internet connections in exhibitor booths are available. Download Application Form. Electrical Services One 110v 15 amp outlet is provided near each booth. Requests for additional electrical services (at no charge) can be made on exhibit application form. Forklift Services Forklift will be provided at no charge to assist exhibitors during move-in and move-out times. Move In Times: Large Equipment by appointment: Friday, January 8, 2010 - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday, January 9, 2010 - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. General Move In: Sunday, January 10, 2010 - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday, January 11, 2010 - 8:00 a.m. to noon (Carry in exhibits only). MUST BE READY FOR NOON OPENING Move Out Times: Thursday, January 14, 2010 - 5:00 p.m. to midnight Friday, January 15, 2010 - 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon Exhibitor Hours Monday, January 11, 2010 - 12 noon - 7 p.m. Tuesday, January 12, 2010 - 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Wednesday, Janaury 13, 2010 - 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Thursday, January 14, 2010 - 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Business Centre Services: The Business Centre is designed to provide on-site convenience to Western Canadian Crop Production Show exhibitors.
