Description

Sylvain is a co-creator of the first Croesus platform. With over 25 years of experience in the technology industry and a Degree in Computer Science from ETS in Montreal, Sylvain has pioneered a number of software products for various industries including interior design. Sylvain specializes in R & D innovations for the financial technology industry and heads the development of the Croesus software.

With over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, David is a key member of the Croesus product development team. Heading the Croesus team of business analysts, David is responsible for the design and implementation of innovations and key features to the software. David graduated with distinction from the John Molson School of Business (Concordia University) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce having majored in finance. He is a CFA charter holder and has a Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM).

Guy has served as the Corporate Legal Advisor for Croesus since 1997. In 2008, in addition to his legal duties, Guy was appointed head of Sales and Corporate Affairs. As a Business Lawyer in private practice for over 25 years, Guy specializes in business reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions. Guy holds a Law Degree from the Montreal University and is a Registered Trademark Agent. A frequent lecturer in corporate law, Guy teaches business law at the Quebec Bar School.

Denys has over 30 years of experience in business management, including 15 years in human resources management in the public sector. As Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Denys oversees the Customer Service, Finance, Administration, Human Resources and Product Development departments. Denys is a member of the Purchasing Management Association of Canada (PMAC) and the Corporation des approvisionneurs du Québec (CAQ).
