Each scanner is guaranteed BRAND NEW out of the box and in full working condition when they are shipped. These scanners are not refurbished and have never been used. Since these scanners have been discontinued, Microvision is no longer honoring the 1-year manufactures warranty on these products. That said, we will provide our customers with a full 30-day warranty on each scanner sold.
