Clarke has worked on a wide variety of commercial and securities litigation matters, including applications under the Business Corporations Act and the Securities Act , professional negligence, fraud actions, breach of contract, and fiduciary litigation, including complex commercial litigation matters. Clarke also has experience in matters involving securities class actions, proxy battles and shareholder disputes, employment matters and defamation.
Anna has experience in a range of business litigation matters, with a focus on capital markets and the securities industry. She has provided advice and advocated for clients with respect to corporate disputes and remedies, breaches of contract, wrongful dismissals, breaches of fiduciary duties, directors’ and officers’ liability, claims against investment advisors (acting for both securities registrants and investors), regulatory investigations and proceedings before securities regulators.
Natalia has experience working on a variety of commercial and civil litigation matters, including class actions, shareholder disputes, breaches of contract, professional negligence, bankruptcy and insolvency, injunctions, employment, and human rights. Natalia has represented clients before the Provincial Offences Court, the Ontario Court of Justice, and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Natalia completed her articles at a prominent full service law firm, where she focused on civil litigation and corporate law. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2013.
