Customer Service Our customers are very important to us and we want you to be happy with your order. Every effort will be made to fill your order quickly and accurately. Money orders in Canadian or US currency are also accepted but we do not accept personal cheques. Shipping Shipping amounts are determined by weight, size, method of delivery and destination. We prefer to ship by Canada Post. All orders will be shipped Xpresspost unless otherwise instructed. Your parcel will be insured for the value of the order. When you are processing your order, the shipping charges are estimates only. We charge only for the ACTUAL COST OF SHIPPING. We do not add handling charges. Shipping charges may be more or less than the estimates. Shipping to the United States All mail is subject to Customs regulations and inspection. Appropriate customs documentation will be attached to all parcels. Patterns and books are not subject to duty but fabric kits may be (you are allowed to order up to $200.00 per day without penalty). Customers are responsible for any Customs fees. Other Countries All mail is subject to Custom regulations and inspections required by your country or origin. Appropriate customs documentation will be attached to all parcels. Customers are responsible for any Customs fees. You can choose Xpresspost International, Air Parcel or Surface Parcel. Shipping prices can vary widely and delivery time can be anywhere from 2 - 10 weeks. Refunds Books, patterns, quilt kits and any other copyrighted material cannot be returned for a refund. There are no exceptions. Sale Items All sale items are final.
