When you invest in new laundry equipment, you are creating a long-term relationship with the manufacturer and the distributor. As the industry leader in sales and service year after year, Coronet Equipment and our partners in business will provide you with the highest quality support and service -- from extended warranties to preventative maintenance contracts.

All equipment Coronet sells applies to the Manufactures Warranty only. Please refer to your sales brochures for information on the manufactures warranty. The installation of the machines done by Coronet Equipment technicians is warranted for labor for 90 days. Coronet Equipment also provides preventative maintenance contracts to routinely clean and service machines. . Extended warranties are also available upon request. Please contact your Coronet sales representative for more details.

As a customer of Coronet Equipment, you can be assured that we provide the service ad support you may need after your laundry system is installed. In fact we hold an annual two-day training session for your maintenance workers to teach basic trouble-shooting skills. We also provide a walk-up parts counter for the do-it-yourself repairs. And if the repair becomes complicated or the delay in service would stop the on-premise laundry, Coronet Equipment can provide loaners until your regular equipment is back in service.

Coronet Equipment will do its best to ensure that your personal information is correct and kept current. A customer service representative would contact you to verify your personal information before any decisions are made or action is taken based on that information. We will keep your information as long as is necessary to continue to meet your customer needs and any legal requirements we may have. However, once your personal information is no longer needed, we will destroy it. If your personal information changes, please inform us of the change and any other information you feel is necessary.
