CS Consulting was formed in 1989 from two existing companies: Coredal Software and Staynor Enterprises, registered in 1989 and 1982 respectively; these two companies were merged in order to attract larger computer projects. The two companies had been contracting through companies with "List of Supplier" and "Standing Offer" status in order to compete in the Public market. CS Consulting is currently composed of over 15 qualified professional consultants with numerous academic qualifications and extensive experience in their fields of expertise; the management at CS Consulting has over 50 years of experience in the computer consulting business. CS Consulting informatics consultants have experience ranging from Project Management through Programming and Project Administration for mainframe, minicomputer, and microcomputer environments, with a majority of resources having extensive database management experience. CS Consulting originally obtained Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) status in April of 1990. In 1991 CS Consulting secured a Supply Arrangement with Supply and Services Canada. Most recently, June 2001, CS Consulting obtained a Supply Arrangement for the Government On-Line (GOL) project. In order to obtain this arrangement, CS Consulting had to demonstrate its ability in the creation of Web applications and systems for both the Federal Government and the private sectors.
